Following the McLaren Report which detailed state sponsored doping in over 30 different sports in Russia, ranging through plenty of Olympic and non Olympic sports, the country has not been banned from competing in this summer's Olympics by the International Olympics Committee (IOC).
Instead, the IOC will leave it up to individual sport's governing bodies to decide what the future holds for Russia.
