Another former WWE Superstar is reportedly switching to MMA - this time former Intercontinental Champion Ryback is being linked with a move to Bellator.
The 35-year old talked about a possible career change on a Las Vegas radio station and now Flo Combat are reporting that Ryback is in negotiations with Bellator and all parties are "hopeful" of agreeing terms on a deal.
The man once known as 'Skip Sheffield' in WWE recently legally changed his name to 'Ryback Reeves' after parting ways with WWE because of a lack of creative direction and issues with pay - Ryback posting a lengthy blog about the latter matter.
Like his former colleague CM Punk, Ryback has no proven experience in the field of MMA but has been training in ju-jitsu since leaving WWE. Unlike Punk, who went straight in the deep end with his UFC debut, Ryback would look to start from a lower point should he sign with Bellator.
