How many men does it take to defeat two mixed martial artists in a cage? More than eight, it turns out.
MMA is as brutal as it gets and its fighters are famously as hard as nails, but there must be a point at which a given number of brave idiots would overcome a couple of them.
That point hasn't been reached yet despite the best efforts, or something like them, of eight Czech brawlers in Ostrava.
At Clash 16, the latest event held in Czechia by Clash MMA, Tomáš Podhorný and Vojtěch Vrba teamed up to beat seven bells out of a team of eight so-called influencers, an exercise known by many as living the dream.

The two trained fighters dispatched the octet of attention-seekers inside 30 seconds but the viral experiment serves little scientific purpose.
Half of the influencers immediately began scrapping with one another – a remarkable choice when there's a brace of cage fighters lusting after one's blood – so the answer to the question we started with remains unknown.
Four referees in the ring waved off the fight as it quickly turned into chaos, with lime green-shorted influencers thumping and falling over one another while occasionally trying to lay a fingerless glove on two vicious fighters who were up for the occasion, to say the least.
Footage shows the two specialists landing a series of bone-chilling attacks on various members of the opposition long after the fight officially ended.
One influencer suffered a Podhorný kick to the face and a sickening heel stamp to the head while he was vulnerable on the mat.
Two others were felled with cheap shots including one in a packed ring as the fighters gave their reactions on-mic.

Clash 16 was more than a viral win for Clash MMA
Vrba's baffling MMA debut was just one part of a full fight card at Ostravar Arena on Saturday.
In the main event, Václav Mikulášek stopped Karlos Benda to claim the Clash heavyweight title belt.
"For Mikulášek, it's the win he needed in Clash," reported MMAMAG.cz
"After strange endings in previous matches, he finally delivered a clear performance against an opponent who was one of the most prominent names in the organization.
"Benda, on the other hand, lost the belt and after years of dominance in the Clash, experienced a defeat that may hurt him more than the wounds themselves."
