Liver King's coach reveals why he leaked emails about steroid use

Earlier this month, Liver King - real name Brian Johnson - dropped a bombshell on his carnivorous fans when he admitted to using steroids.

Earlier this. month, Liver King was outed as using performance enhancing drugs in a leaked email to a trainer.

The raw-meat eating influencer admitted as such and issued an apology for previously denying any such use in the past.

Now, the very coach that sparked the email leak has attempted to explain why he decided to make the information common knowledge.

The trainer, known as Vigorous Steve (don’t laugh), explained that he only ever trained Liver King for a few weeks and even refunded him the money he’d spent on coaching.

Why the refund? Well, Vigorous Steve claims Liver King was only ever interested in hiring him as a trainer because he wanted his advice on taking steroids.

The coach also said that he offered Liver King dietary advice - noting that the influencer’s diet ‘needed a lot of changes’ - but Liver King declined.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Vigorous Steve said he was the one who gave YouTube fitness educator Derek (better known by his online handle More Plates More Dates) permission to expose Liver King’s steroid use.

Liver King issued an apology on Instagram following the revelation that he uses steroids.

Steve said: “I gave Derek permission to use the emails in a redacted form to help Brian aka The Liver King finally come clean and end the lies dead in their tracks which to a certain extend he did.

"He admitted to experimenting and taking the performance enhancing drugs at the time he filled out the questionnaire and then he patched on lie with another lie, saying that he is currently under doctor supervised replacement therapy.”

Steve added: “Take it from me, nobody on the planet looks like that on TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) just by itself and when you look at the timeline of when he started getting popular, now he looks better, now he looks leaner, now he looks fuller.”

Following the email leak, Liver King himself confessed to using steroids, saying he has 'f**ked up’ and ‘misled’ many people.

“I’m making this video to apologise because I f**ked up,” he said.

An ex-coach has claimed Liver King wanted advice on using steroids and 'declined' dietary advice when offered.

“Because I’m embarrassed and ashamed. Because I lied and I misled a lot of people.

“Before social media I was rich and anonymous and after social media I’m still rich but no longer anonymous and I never expected this kind of exposure in the public eye.

“It’s been tricky as f**k to navigate… Clearly, I did it wrong and I’m here now to set the record straight.

“Yes, I’ve done steroids and yes, I am on steroids monitored and managed by trained hormone clinicians.”
