Alica Schmidt has been referred to as the 'sexiest athlete in the world,' but the German 400m runner just wants to be known for her prowess on the track.
Schmidt has become a social media sensation for her model good looks, as well as her ability to run one lap of the track quicker than many.
The German went to last year's Olympics in Tokyo, that had been delayed a year thanks to Covid, as part of the 4x400m relay team for the women, with the team just missing out on the final.

However, the 23-year-old has also picked up some side gigs on television and in modelling, and has picked up the moniker of 'sexiest athlete.'
Schmidt however isn't too keen on the title and would rather be known just for her running, having previously said she's not sure why she's even been given the label.
"I just want to be perceived as an athlete, I want to inspire young people and give them an insight into my beautiful sport," she told Bild.

"The fact that I get to meet so many incredibly interesting people is still unbelievable for me and I am infinitely grateful for all these experiences."
One of the famous faces that Schmidt has had the privilege of meeting is Neymar, with the runner offering the PSG forward out for a race.
She asked on social media if she should race against the Brazilian, but it never actually came to fruition but clearly the runner is still up for it.
"He shied a bit, but he really has a lot of appointments and who knows, maybe he'll still do it after all," she said of their meeting and potential race.
Schmidt might not like being known as the 'sexiest' but she is certainly embracing the life of popularity on social media, "I post because I enjoy it and when I feel like it.

"I don't put any pressure or stress on myself to always have to deliver something new. My friend Fredi still takes my photos and my manager Marcel takes care of everything else.
"But I always answer the questions and comments on Insta myself, it's like modern autograph mail. This is very important to me."
Croatian footballer Ana Maria Markovic was also branded the 'sexiest' in her sport specifically but the 22-year-old is just as unimpressed at the title.
Markovic recently thanked Cristiano Ronaldo, for his influence on helping her get a call up to the Croatia women's national team.
