Model and influencer Haley Baylee has spoken out after ex-husband and NFL Star Matt Kalil filed a lawsuit over her comments about his penis.

Back in 2015, former American football offensive tackle Matt Kalil and partner Haley tied the knot in a ceremony in Hawaii before renewing their vows the following year.

The couple were together for seven years before Haley filed for divorce in 2022 citing 'irreconcilable differences', with Kalil later marrying Keilani Asmus in 2024, with whom he shares a child.

Years after their split, Haley discussed intimate details of her relationship with Kalil, stating that his penis size was a key reason why their marriage came to an end.

Following the comments, Kalil was suing his ex-wife for breaching his privacy, prompting a response from Haley in an official statement reacting to the news.

Discussing her break-up on a livestream with Marlon Garcia, Haley revealed that Kalil's penis size is "like .01 percent of the population” and equivalent to "two coke cans, maybe even a third".

Months after clips of Haley's claims went viral online, Kalil filed a lawsuit seeking damages of $75,000 as well as an involvement of a jury, claiming that he has been subject to "unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public".

The lawsuit also reveals that Kalil's wife and family members have been subject to ridicule and disturbing" messages about his manhood, while Haley has "been able to financially benefit from this surge in traffic".

However, it appears that this lawsuit has come as a complete surprise to Haley, who told Page Six that she was 'shocked' by her ex-husband's reaction after speaking highly of him.

"The truth is in the original livestream — which is still live on Marlon’s YouTube account,” the statement reads.

“I speak highly of him in multiple ways throughout that conversation. I am genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing,” she continued.

“Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.”

Following the initial backlash for the comments back in November, Haley said she cared "deeply about respecting his privacy and the integrity of what we shared together" and that it was "unfortunate" that only one section of the hour-and-a-half livestream was "amplified".

During the livestream with Garcia, Haley claimed that Kalil's penis size was the 'biggest factor' in their marriage ending,

She said: "Deadass… for our whole marriage, deadass. But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying… Looked up lipo-type s**t.

“That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself.

“That was the biggest factor… Love him, but he’s my homie. No, because he's like .01 percent of the population

“We’ve tried, impossible unless you’re going to be in tears type s**t.”
