A former NFL star is suing his ex wife over controversial comments she made about his penis which went viral.
Matt Kalil, who played for the Minnesota Vikings, Carolina Panthers and Houston Texans, married model and influencer Haleyybaylee in Hawaii back in 2015 and the couple renewed their vows a year later.
But in 2022, she filed for divorced after "irreconcilable differences” and Kalil later remarried with new partner Keilani Asmus in Las Vegas two years later.
However, Haleyybaylee caused a huge stir last year when she discussed intimate details of their relationship and "the biggest factor" why their marriage came to an end.

In a conversation with streamer Marlon, the 33-year-old made reference to the size of her ex husband's penis size and said, "You know what I'm saying?".
The streamer responded and said, "I know what you're saying, but for how long?"
Hayley then revealed that Kalil's penis size is "like .01 percent of the population” and equivalent to "two coke cans, maybe even a third".
Claiming it made sexual intercourse "impossible", she explained that the couple looked up a host of methods to try and get around the issue.
She said: "Deadass… for our whole marriage, deadass. But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying… Looked up lipo-type s**t…
“That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself.
“That was the biggest factor… Love him, but he’s my homie. No, because he's like .01 percent of the population
“We’ve tried, impossible unless you’re going to be in tears type s**t.”
Those comments were made in November but it's now emerged that Kalil is not happy with his manhood being discussed so publicly and is now suing his former spouse.
The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday and obtained by TMZ, with Kalil suing for "invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment".
Seeking damages of $75,000 as well as an involvement of a jury, the 6-foot-6 star claimed that he has been subjected to "unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public".
The lawsuit also says that Kalil's family have "been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements".
It was also said that his new wife Keilani has been subjected to a barrage of "disturbing" messages about her husband's manhood.
It's also alleged that Haley has "been able to financially benefit from this surge in traffic".
Haleyybaylee responds to NFL star ex's lawsuit
After backlash for the comments back in November, Haley said she cared "deeply about respecting his privacy and the integrity of what we shared together" and that it was "unfortunate" that only one section of the hour-and-a-half livestream was "amplified".
In response to the lawsuit, Haley issued another statement to Page Six and said: “The truth is in the original livestream — which is still live on Marlon’s YouTube account, I speak highly of him in multiple ways throughout that conversation.
“I am genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing,” she continued. “Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.”
Kalil retired from football in 2019 and he and his fellow NFL star brother Ryan run a tequila business.
