President Trump shared a video of Taylor Swift being booed at the Super Bowl before speaking out on "the worst part" of Sunday's game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Trump, 78, made history by becoming the first sitting U.S. President to attend a Super Bowl as the Philadelphia Eagles overcome the odds to beat the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

It was an unforgettable night at the Caesars Superdome, as celebrities including Jay-Z, Bradley Cooper, Adam Sandler and Sir Paul McCartney watched Samuel L. Jackson dress up as Uncle Sam during Kendrick Lamar's halftime show.

Lemar's performance was one of the big talking points alongside Taylor Swift getting booed by those inside the stadium.

Swift, who was cheering on her boyfriend Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, was visibly surprised after being met with jeers as she appeared on the jumbotron for the first time.

Kelce was left 'devastated' when he heard the boos aimed at Swift, according to The Mail, who gave an insight into his reaction.

"Travis was aware of Taylor getting booed and he felt helpless," a source said.

"Seeing the look on her face got to him. He always protects her and it broke his heart. He was already having a tough night and the fact that the stadium was predominantly Eagles fans didn't help. Travis knows that this hurt her and anyone can see this."

After the full-time whistle, President Trump took to Truth Social to give his take on Swift being booed.

"The only one that had a tougher night than the Kansas City Chiefs was Taylor Swift," he wrote on the social media platform. "She got BOOED out of the Stadium. MAGA is very unforgiving!"

He added: "The worst part of the Super Bowl, by far, was watching the Kickoff where, as the ball is sailing through the air, the entire field is frozen, stiff. College Football does not do it, and won’t! Whose idea was it to ruin the Game?"

Trump wasn't done there. He shared a video of the booing incident not once, but twice as he re-shared a post from Libs of TikTok that read: "Trump gets massive cheers at the Super Bowl while Taylor Swift gets booed. The world is healing."

Speaking ahead of the game, Trump backed the Kansas City Chiefs to secure a third successive Super Bowl title.

“I hate to do it … [but] I have to go with Kansas City,” he said. “When a quarterback wins as much as he’s won, I have to go with Kansas City... It’s going to be just a great game."
