UFC star Jiri Prochazka nearly broke the forearm of presenter and influencer Nina Drama after using a nasty move he learned from YouTube.
Prochazka, 32-5 in MMA, is second in the UFC lightweight rankings and has a huge shot at the vacant belt in on April 11 when he locks horns with Carlos Ulberg at UFC 327 at the Kaysea Center in Miami, Florida.
The Czech Republic fighter has been putting in the work in his training camp ahead of the bout and he invited Nina Drama to train with him.
Nina, who films content with a whole host of UFC fighters, got put through her paces in the Octagon. Prochazka taught the MMA content creator a number of his signature moves, including his trademark knee jump to punch.

But he also had Nina fearing the worst when he showed off a unique of getting out over a submission maneuver. Nina got behind 'Denisa' and put him in a rear naked choke.
However, the 33-year-old proceeded to instantly break out of it by simply driving his chin into her forearm to basically crush the limb and leave her in excruciating pain.
Given she is not a trained MMA fighter, Nina didn't quite apply the choke in professional fashion and screamed in pain over the move.
Prochazka checked on her and then explained: “I saw that on YouTube. I didn’t know if it was working".
Still clutching her arm, Nina was able to admit that the reversal definitely does work.
“It f***ing works, dude!" Nina responded.
“Dude, you almost broke my forearm. Jesus! Oh my God, it hurts! That works. If you’re ever in that position, do that. My God!”
He did confirm that he would not be replicating the move inside the Octagon, adding: “For MMA fighters, no. Don’t do that. It’s not working.”
Prochazka is known for his strange training methods, memorably swimming under frozen water.
In a new video posted on his socials, Prochazka was seen sprinting while completely holding his breath. In an interview for ESPN, he also made the wild admission that he "had a chance to jump and choke" a crocodile in Miami but remembered his title fight and the fact he has a baby on the way.
