UFC Middleweight Champion Dricus Du Plessis is using some extreme methods to get through his latest training camp.
Preparing to defend his current crown at UFC 305, the South African is set to take on Israel Adesanya on August 18.
'Stillknocks' has been guided by coach Morne Visser for over ten years and it seems full focus is on retaining his championship title.

In new footage that has emerged online, Visser and Du Plessis are using tough love in their current camp.
Filmed at the CIT Performance Institute, if any mistakes are made, the 30-year-old is tasered by his coach.
Visser late explained why he uses the lethal equipment to prevent further mistakes in practice.
"This is my assistant coach, so if they f**up I help them fix the problem," he began.

"This is fixing the problem. Not on his toes, not picking up his hands, not kicking when he needs to.
"I'll fix him here."
In response to a question concerning the unconventional techniques, Du Plessis called the approach "a very cool mental note" and went on to say that "it works better than any sticky note."

"Not only has Morne Visser helped me evolve and polish me as a fighter, without him I wouldn’t be here," said Du Plessis.
"He’s been the only MMA coach that I’ve ever had, he always says ‘Train hard and fight easy’.
"If you are going to train for that guy, you’ve got to be a certain type of person.
"There’s not one person on earth who can get me ready for a fight like him."
Were not so sure ourselves on this one, but I suppose the proof may be in the pudding should the South African emerge victorious at the RAC Arena.
