UFC CEO Dana White has rewarded a fast food worker who became the subject of a viral video.

Social media creator Razzaqlocks has earned an Instagram following of 1.3 million for posting videos in which he tried to entice people with huge cash sums to leave their jobs on the spot.

In one post from May of 2024, the influencer – whose real name is Osman Razak – offered a worker at fast-food chicken outlet El Pollo Loco $100,000 in cash to quit his job.

But the man refused the offer, saying he was one of only three people working that shift and he didn't want to make more work for them.

"No, I'm good," he said.

"There's only three people here today, otherwise...

"I don't want to leave them suffering."

Razzaqlocks claims he spent several minutes trying to convince the worker to accept his offer, but to no avail. After leaving the drive-thru, he posted the video online and it caught White's attention.

Impressed by the young man's "integrity", the UFC boss commented on the video and shared it to his own feed.

“That kids got integrity,” White commented on the Instagram video.

“He’s a good human. He cared that his co-workers would have suffered.

“I’m giving him $15k [£12k] for being a BAD ASS SOLID HUMAN. Good things happen to GOOD people.”

White then later shared an image showing the worker being handed $15,000 in cash, with no obligation to quit his job.

Meanwhile, White had his hands full recently with the news that the main event for UFC 311 had to be cancelled due to an injury just one day before the event was set to take place.

Speaking on social media, White confirmed that Armen Tsarukyan had to withdraw from facing Islam Makhachev for the lightweight title in the main event on 19 January due to a back injury.

"Around 1am we received a call from Arman Tsarukyan who informed us that he was experiencing some significant back pain.

"Due to the injury he feels that he is not healthy enough to compete, so he is out of the fight."

Despite the extremely short notice, Renato Moicano stepped in to contend for the 155lbs belt, ultimately losing via first-round submission.
