Joe Rogan has had some of the most famous and successful people in the world on his podcast over the years. But few seem to have impressed him as much as Elon Musk.
Rogan started his podcast back in 2009 and it has since gone on to become one of the most successful shows in world, with more than 19 million subscribers on YouTube and regularly topping download charts.
In 2020, the UFC commentator signed a $100 million agreement with Spotify to grant the streaming company exclusive rights to the podcast. And Rogan renewed his deal with Spotify last year for a reported $250 million.

From humble beginnings that saw his guests comprised mostly of figures from the MMA and comedy worlds, the Joe Rogan Experience has featured such megastars as Mike Tyson, Mark Zuckerberg and Donald Trump.
It seems the guests to have most impressed Rogan, however, is SpaceX head honcho and the world's richest man Elon Musk, who has appeared on the JRE six times to date.
In a recent episode on which Hollywood director Peter Berg was the guest, Rogan began discussing Musk's previous plan to take on Zuckerberg in an MMA fight before expressing amazement at the South African mogul's ability to run several huge companies while simultaneously posting relentlessly on social media.

“I don’t think it was ever gonna happen," Rogan said of the potential showdown. "I mean, I was entertaining it because I think it would be fun if it did happen. And Elon said he would do it. Zuckerberg said he would do it.
“But then, I don’t know how the guy tweets as much as he does. How the f**k could you train for a fight? How do you run SpaceX and Tesla and the Department of Government Efficiency and Starlink? And he’s got, like, a hundred kids”
“Joe he’s your friend," Berg said. "You know him better than we do. How the f**k does he do it?”

“I don’t know how he does it and I am his friend," Rogan replied. "I don't understand it. I have never known anybody who knows how to manage time better than that guy”.
