Conor McGregor has released a new lengthy statement over 48 hours on from a female rapper posting alleged X-rated photos of the inactive UFC fighter online.
American singer Azealia Banks took to Twitter on Monday to claim that McGregor had sent her unsolicited nude photos via direct message, along with alleged photographic evidence.
She also claimed that a threat towards her had been sent from McGregor's account, and that she had been 'sexually harassed'.

The posts were subsequently deleted.
McGregor did break his silence on the matter on Wednesday as part of a rant about politics in the Republic of Ireland, writing: "Don't let them distract you with my G C while they rob our country blind!"
The Irishman, who hasn't fought in the UFC since a 2021 loss to Dustin Poirier, has been active on social media in recent days - though many of his posts and videos have not referenced the ongoing saga.
On Wednesday night, McGregor replied to a post about new Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship signing Yoel Romero.
In December, fellow MMA fighter Alberto Blas was acquitted of second-degree murder after he was alleged to have stabbed Romero with a samurai sword in 2022.

Romero is said to have refused to testify against Blas in court.
Until last month, Blas was the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) Bantamweight champion, but was released from the promotion due to unprofessional conduct.
BKFC president David Feldman stated: "We have a responsibility to uphold the integrity of our promotion and the sport as a whole.
"There were multiple infractions that went into this decision. We wish him well in his future endeavours."

In recent days, 48-year-old Romero has signed up to fight in BKFC, but will continue to perform in MMA.
Referencing BKFC's acquisition of Romero, McGregor wrote: "Welcome to Bare Knuckle FC."
He then added: "We don't give a f**k and we will never conform to the pretend fakeness that most of the world conform to in the name of corporate business.

"It's b***s**t and it's fake. We are raw, unfiltered, balls like Bengali tigers, if you cross us, you will meet us."
The 37-year-old then took to Instagram to again reference the alleged unsolicited photos.
McGregor has also reposted a series of comments on Twitter relating to the alleged photos.

One fan posted an AI image of the Irishman sat on a cockerel with the caption: "We need a President with a GIANT COCK!"
McGregor replied: "Hear, hear! And BALLS!"
