Alex Pereira's staggering payslip 'leaked' ahead of UFC 313 title defence against Magomed Ankalaev

Here's how much Alex Pereira will earn at UFC 313.

The purses for Alex Pereira and Magomed Ankalaev have been revealed ahead of their blockbuster UFC light-heavyweight title clash at UFC 313.

Pereira puts his UFC light-heavyweight title on the line against top contender Ankalaev in the main-event of UFC 313 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

'Poatan' makes the fourth defence of his championship, having defended his title against Jamahal Hill, Jiri Prochazka and Khalil Rountree Jr.

As for the Dagestan fighter, he punched his ticket for a shot at UFC gold following his victory over Aleksandar Rakic in Abu Dhabi last October.

How much is Alex Pereira earning at UFC 313?

Given his star power, Pereira will be the highest-paid fighter on the card.

He's set to earn a guaranteed purse of $1 million and additional pay-per-view points depending on the buy-rate of UFC 313.

If the expected figure in PPV sales is exceeded, the Brazilian could earn up to $3.5 million, according to a report from Marca.

Ankalaev, who competes in his second UFC title fight of his MMA career, is set to earn a purse of $750,000.

Alex Pereira could become the UFC pound-for-pound best fighter at UFC 313

As things stand, Pereira is ranked third in the official UFC pound-for-pound rankings, only behind Jon Jones and Islam Makhachev, who is currently the best pound-for-pound fighter in the UFC.

But if the Brazilian wins at UFC 313, then Dana White believes it's possible he overtakes Makhachev in the pound-for-pound rankings.

"He’s one of the biggest stars in the sport right now, if not the biggest star in the sport," White said about Pereira on First Take. "What makes this weekend great is Ankalaev is a very serious threat to him.

"This is probably the toughest fight he’s ever had. His team always talks about his takedown defense and that the fans don’t really know how good it is. We’re going to find out how good it is this weekend.

"This is a tough fight for Alex. Alex comes out of this the way he’s come out of every other fight, he might be the pound-for-pound best fighter in the world."
