Khabib Nurmagomedov left streamer Adin Ross re-evaluating his life choices when he turned up for a punishing training session.
The UFC Hall of Famer is training compatriot Islam Makhachev for his huge fight at UFC 322 on Saturday. Makhachev squares off against Australian Jack Della Maddalena for the welterweight championship at Madison Square Garden.
Formerly lightweight champion, Makhachev is moving up a weight class for the main event clash.
The Dagestani fighter has been going through final preparations with training in New York City but a surprise guest was present, with Kick streamer Ross getting put through his paces and all of the chaos being documented live.

Ross, wearing pink shorts, introduced himself to undefeated fighter Khabib, who bluntly said "Who are you? "after he asked', How you doing sir?" as he stood alongside a group of grapplers.
The two then shook hands and Ross explained that he had been invited to attend by Khabib's long-time manager Ali Abdelaziz.
That prompted Khabib to respond, “He’s not the boss here, why you never ask?”. He also asked what Ross did for a living.

Ross looked terrified by was allowed to participate in a light warm-up, though the rest of the crew made sure to press him. Makhachev asked Ross if his security would help him out if things turned sour, while Khabib proceeded to go up to the camera and claim that “streamer today gonna be screamer”.

The fighters took issue with Ross having his phone on him while training, wondering whether it was for calling the police when it was in fact to respond to his Kick chat.
By wearing pink shorts, Ross committed a cardinal sin which the crew blasted him for and called him to change throughout.
Apart from the straightforward stretches, Ross struggled to do many of the exercises he was asked to do and was quickly told to leave the session by Khabib.

However, before he could, the 25-year-old engaged in a grappling contest with Abdelaziz, who was a former MMA fighter before becoming a manager.
The former judo star showed off his prowess by making Ross tap out from multiple submissions, truly humbling him.

However, he did receive praise for stepping into the gym before taking a step back watching former two-weight UFC champion Daniel Cormier show off his wrestling skills on the mat.

Before exiting the training facility, a respectful Ross thanked Khabib and called it an "honour" to meet him.
After being told that next time his shorts were a no-go, Ross was given permission to take a picture with one of the UFC greats and shook hands with everyone in the gym.
