Joe Rogan announces major lifestyle change after making same decision as Donald Trump

Joe Rogan has followed in the footsteps of Donald Trump.

Joe Rogan has announced a major lifestyle change as he has followed in the footsteps of Donald Trump.

Rogan had UFC superstar Ilia Topuria on his podcast, where he revealed his 'biggest regret' in MMA history.

Speaking to Topuria, who vacated the UFC featherweight title last February, Rogan also revealed the incredibly unusual clause in his contract.

In an episode with comedian Ron White, the UFC commentator opened up about a major lifestyle change that US president Trump has decided to do, too.

The UFC commentator told White that he has quit alcohol.

"Yeah, I think I'm done," he told his guest.

He added: "For no reason other than it's not good for you. No, I didn't have to. I enjoyed it."

White joked that he knew Rogan 'had a good time' with alcohol as the 57-year-old confessed that the 'days after' a night of heavy drinking was 'just too rough'.

Rogan continued: "And I'm like - what kind of a moron who takes such good care of his body is poisoning himself a couple of days a week for fun, ya know, why am I doing that?"

He then admitted that he 'has the same amount of fun' without booze.

White replied that 'there's more than one way to skin a cat', referencing that they haven't quit every substance.

They also talked about ayahuasca - a psychoactive substance - that can be found in the Amazon, which White credits as having helped him abandon alcohol.

Trump gave up alcohol as he spoke candidly about his decision not to drink, referencing his brother's addiction as one of the main reasons.

His brother, Fred Trump Jr., died at the age of 42 from a heart attack caused by excessive alcohol consumption.

On Theo Von's podcast, the 78-year-old opened up about his brother's passing, saying: "I just tell people, 'It's so tragic', just don't drink, don't drink and you're not going to have a problem.

"Let's say I started drinking, it's very possible I wouldn't be talking to you right now. There is something about the genetic effect."
