Paddy Pimblett Makes Damning Comment During UFC 321 That Will Anger Dana White

Paddy Pimblett made his feelings clear following the conclusion of Tom Aspinall vs. Ciryl Gane.

Paddy Pimblett made a huge claim that may anger Dana White when watching UFC 321 for the first time.

UFC 321 made a promising start following the back-and-forth scrap between Nathaniel Wood and Jose Miguel Delgado and the all-out war between Ludovit Klein and Mateusz Rebecki on the prelims.

Not to mention Valter Walker's heel hook submission win over Louie Sutherland and Quillan Salkilld's devastating head-kick knockout of Nasrat Haqparast.

The main-card got off to a blistering start when Azamat Murzakanov stopped Aleksandar Rakic in the first round.

But, from there, fights failed to deliver, including the UFC championship main-event between Tom Aspinall and Ciryl Gane, which ended in a no contest after just four minutes of action.

After the eye poke incident, Pimblett declared UFC 321 as 'one of the worst pay-per-view events in UFC history' in the latest episode of his YouTube channel.

"If this ends like this, it will be one of the worst pay-per-views in the UFC’s history," he exclaimed after Gane poked Aspinall in the eye.

Pimblett added: "[It would be] one of the biggest disappointments ever when it comes to a card.

"That’s nasty, the way both of those fingers go in there. The way Tom is reacting, it seems like he can’t see, so they’re going to pull the fight."

After Jason Herzog waved off the fight, the UFC lightweight contender added: "It’s done - heavy that. Anticlimactic as it gets, though, Jon Anik (UFC commentator), you are not wrong.

"I think they’ve got to run that back; you can’t not do that fight again."

Assessing Aspinall vs. Gane, which was playing out nicely, Pimblett said: "It was shaping up to be a good fight, one of the best tests Tom’s had in the UFC.

"Gutted for Tom, feel bad for Ciryl Gane too, even though it was his fault. It was unintentional; he didn’t mean to do it.

"But still, it’s his fault that the fight isn’t continuing. They need to do something with the gloves, so you can’t do that with your fingers.

"This is mad. Has a title fight ever ended like this before? 4:35 as well, there were only 25 seconds left in the round."
