Nate Diaz's UFC career earnings revealed as he becomes free agent, biggest payday was against Conor McGregor
| Last updated
The MMA legend is officially a free agent after seeing out the final fight on his UFC contract by submitting Tony Ferguson in the main-event of UFC 279 last weekend.
He appears set to pursue a career in boxing, having been relentlessly called out by YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul.
The 37-year-old could be in line to earn a mega purse should he face off against 'The Problem Child' in the future.
But it will take some beating to surpass his payday at UFC 202 when he fought McGregor for a second time.
According to MMA Salaries, Diaz pocketed a whopping $5,170,000 in his epic war against the Irishman back in August 2016.
The Stockton star also earned a seven-figure payday in his 'BMF' bout against Jorge Masvidal at UFC 244 in November 2019, pocketing $1,120,000.
And he made a reported $971,000 in his final fight on his UFC contract.
