Drake placed FOUR massive bets on UFC 287, won over £2 million but also £400k

Drake won big at UFC 287 after Israel Adesanya stopped Alex Pereira.

Drake won over £2 million after he placed two massive bets on Israel Adesanya to beat Alex Pereira at UFC 287.

Adesanya sensationally stopped Pereira in the main-event of UFC 287 as he reclaimed the UFC middleweight title.

He produced a spectacular shot that knocked the Brazilian out cold in the second round, resulting in a huge win for the superstar rapper.

He placed two bets on Adesanya as he put money on him to not only beat Pereira, but also to win the championship bout by KO.

Of course, both came in as 'The Last Stylebender' knocked out 'Poatan'.

Drake won $2.7 million (£2.1 million) after placing two separate bets worth a staggering $400,000 and $500,000.

However, the Canadian failed to win any money off Jorge Masvidal as he suffered a defeat to Gilbert Burns in the co-main event of UFC 287.

Just like for Adesanya, Drake placed two separate bets on Masvidal to win and KO Burns. Of course, 'Durinho' dominated the Miami native to win a unanimous decision.

The 36-year-old musician lost $500,000 after 'Gamebred' failed to beat the Brazilian welterweight.

After dethroning Pereira, Adesanya was asked about Drake's bet during his post-fight press conference.

"Shoutout to everyone that bet on me but you have to realise that when I step into the octagon I put my life on the line," he said. "That's the biggest parlay you can ever do. I'm a betting man too so shoutout to stake, we are about to make another deal and get more money."
