Donald Trump reveals what caused son's divorce from Vanessa as he makes feelings clear on Tiger Woods relationship

US President Donald Trump has reportedly revealed why his son Donald Jr. got divorced from his now-ex-wife Vanessa in 2018.
Donald Jr, 47, and Vanessa, 47, were married in 2005 and have five children together.
However, they were divorced in 2018 with Vanessa recently entering a relationship with golf legend Tiger Woods.
The former model filed for an uncontested divorce on March 15, 2018, as per Mail.

But the President has no hard feelings towards his son’s ex-wife following the former couple’s separation.
“I love Tiger and I love Vanessa. They had a great relationship,” Donald Sr. said when speaking to reporters inside the Oval Office on Monday.
But what caused Donald Jr. and Vanessa to part ways back in 2018?
Well, seven years on the President has given his take on the matter and stated a surprise reason.
“I happen to think the relationship with my son was hurt very badly by the witch hunt [about] Russia, Russia, Russia and all the c**p they put Don through,” Donald Sr explained.
“Vanessa and Don had a very good relationship. They have five incredible children. All great athletes, all good students. They broke up quite a while ago, which, to me, was very sad because I think they're both great.”
He then weighed in on Vanessa’s relationship with Woods, 49.
“Tiger actually called me a few months ago,” the 78-year-old continued.
“I have a special, very good relationship with Tiger. I played golf with him a couple of times over the past month and he's a fantastic guy and a fantastic athlete.
“He told me about it and I said, ‘Tiger, that's good.’ I'm very happy for both [of them]. Just let both of them be happy.”
Woods confirmed the news of his relationship with Vanessa on March 23 by posting a photograph of the pair together perched on a hammock to his Instagram account accompanied by the caption: “Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together.
“At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts.”
