The Drive To Survive Season Four Trailer Is Here And We Can't Wait

We finally get a behind the scenes look at all of the drama from last season's Formula One season, and Max Verstappen's controversial title.

Get ready to relive the most exciting end to a Formula One season in a long time, as Netflix have released the trailer for this year's Drive to Survive series.

Netflix's behind the scenes look at F1 has driven, excuse the pun, an incredible number of new fans to the sport in recent years, at the perfect time.

Last year was one of the most exciting and dramatic battles for the drivers' World Championship, probably ever, as Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton battled to the end, with the Dutchman coming out on top for his first world title.

The new season is just under three weeks away, but before the drivers get back to things we get to see what happened from Netflix's point of view last year, with Drive to Survive season four hitting the streaming service on March 11th.

They've finally dropped the trailer and it's only made us more excited to see how all those interviews go in the wake of the incidents.

Of course the last lap drama is what most people will be tuning in for, and it seemingly took the seven time world champion Hamilton some time to get over.

Leading into the season there was even questions over whether or not the Mercedes driver would even carry on, or decide to retire, but he eventually showed he was going to race again.

Whilst the final race delivered drama like never seen before, there was plenty to go around for the rest of the season, as the two front runners clashed on numerous occasions.

They crashed at Silverstone and then later at Monza, where Hamilton had his halo to thank for not being totally squashed by Verstappen's Red Bull.

As well as the battle at the front of the title, there is also wins for Esteban Ocon and Daniel Ricciardo to savour in Drive to Survive, the latter saw McLaren score the only 1-2 finish of the season, with teammate Lando Norris in second.

Ricciardo is always great on the Netflix series and speaking exclusively to SPORTbible recently he revealed why he loves the series.

"I've seen what it's done for the sport. It has had a massive impact, I would say in a positive way for sure. It's really extended the reach. 

"...When the episodes come out, you're a bit apprehensive about what you know, what are they going to put out? How am I going to come across or whatever, but for the most part, it's, it's been positive for us."

We can't wait to see what the latest season shows us.
