Max Verstappen's future at Red Bull remains a major talking point, with links to McLaren continuing to dominate the headlines.
Verstappen was on course to claim his third successive podium of 2026 at the British Grand Prix on Sunday before spinning out in the gravel with five laps remaining.
The four-time world champion has repeatedly complained about power issues during qualifying and Saturday's sprint, even telling reporters that the car's problems are "very dangerous" and that he's getting "fed up" with them.
"When it happens one time, that can happen, faults happen. Two times, it's getting very dangerous for me because you can really hurt yourself at these high-speed corners when it happens," the Dutchman said after Charles Leclerc took home victory for Ferrari at the British Grand Prix.

"I was lucky in Austria, I was lucky here, but that's why you get really fed up with it," he added.
The 28-year-old, who remains seventh in the Drivers' Championship, is becoming increasingly frustrated with his fortunes at Red Bull, and naturally, talk of him leaving has dominated the headlines.
Verstappen has been linked with a bombshell switch to McLaren at the end of the season, with Oscar Piastri potentially moving in the other direction, and BBC Sport have shed light on the saga.
They believe the possibility of Verstappen leaving is largely because he's 'unhappy with the team's results' and wants to go elsewhere, rather than his expletive radio comments being a deliberate strategy to depart Red Bull.
It is well-documented that Verstappen has an exit clause in his contract that allows him to mutually terminate his deal if he's not in the top two when the season stops for a summer break.
As the top two is officially out of reach after the British Grand Prix - currently 103 points behind leader Kimi Antonelli and a further 78 behind second-place George Russell - talk over his immediate future is ramping up.

That being said, the rumours of Verstappen swapping with Piastri are currently 'hot air' as things stand, according to journalist Mat Coch.
Lots of rumours about Oscar Piastri leaving McLaren. I spoke to the team and several well placed sources yesterday, multiple times, and it all seems to be hot air. Might something happen in future? Sure. But right now it seems much ado about nothing. #F1

When could Max Verstappen make his decision?
Although McLaren CEO Zac Brown has already shut down the possibility of Verstappen swapping with Piastri, the Dutchman has previously toyed with the idea of switching teams.
Last year, after finishing second to Lando Norris in the Drivers' Championship, he considered joining Mercedes, though he pledged his allegiance to Red Bull for another season.
Now, with his problems seeming more significant than ever, it seems only a matter of time before he decides on his future.
Typically, Formula 1 drivers will have discussions around their future during the summer break, and that is quickly approaching. Following the Belgian Grand Prix (July 19) and the Hungarian Grand Prix (July 26), the sport has a three-week summer break before returning for the Dutch Grand Prix on August 23.
That is a period when Verstappen could ultimately decide his next steps, with a move to McLaren emerging as the strongest possibility.
