Max Verstappen secured his second Grand Prix win of the year as he claimed victory at Singapore, a week on from doing the same at Malaysia.
It was the 73rd Grand Prix victory of his Formula 1 career, which has been full of success, also delivering four Drivers’ Championships.
Verstappen will be pleased to have finally won the Singapore Grand Prix after years of trying and failing, making it the 27th F1 circuit that he has won at, meaning there are only seven he is yet to stand upon the top of the podium.

The seven race tracks Max Verstappen is yet to win a F1 Grand Prix
Verstappen has been extremely successful in his F1 career, which has already spanned 11 years, as he began at Toro Rosso in 2015. The Dutch driver did not win any Grand Prix at Red Bull’s sister team during his one season at the constructor.
He was announced as a Red Bull driver in May 2016, following the Russian Grand Prix, that he would replace Daniil Kvyat from the Spanish Grand Prix onwards. Since then, he has been an ever-present presence in the Red Bull seat.
The four-time World Champion secured his first-ever win at the Spanish Grand Prix in 2016. This would be the start of his very impressive F1 career. However, he has yet to win at seven circuits.
Verstappen has struggled the most at the Sochi Autodrom in Russia, as he has competed in seven Grand Prix, and never got to stand on top of the podium. He has finished second on two occasions. His last appearance at this track was in 2021; however, it is unlikely he will get a chance soon to win here, as it is not on the current calendar.
The Istanbul Park in Turkiye and the Algarve International Circuit in Portugal saw the four-time World Champion race around the circuits on two occasions. His best result at both would be second, with his last appearance at the pair of circuits being in 2021.
Each of the other four race tracks would only play host to Verstappen on one occasion. The most recent was at the Madring in Spain this year. The Dutch driver again earned a second-place finish. He will have a chance next year to improve upon this finish.
The Nurburgring in Germany would be the last track on this list in which Verstappen finished second at a Grand Prix. His sole visit with Red Bull to this track was in 2020.
Meanwhile, the final two tracks saw Verstappen retire. This happened in 2020 at Mugello in Italy. The other at the outer circuit of the Sakhir race track in Bahrain in 2020.
Max Verstappen’s most successful F1 circuits
While there are only seven tracks that Verstappen is yet to win at, he has been incredibly successful, securing victory at 27 F1 circuits.
The Dutch driver has secured victories on multiple occasions at certain tracks, as he secured five victories at each of the Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi, Red Bull Ring in Austria, and the track in Mexico City.
Verstappen has also won four different circuits on as many occasions. This includes tracks in Spain, the United States, Japan, and Italy. The Dutch driver secured these wins at the circuit in Barcelona, Austin, Suzuka, and Imola.
