You will be able to play with 'authentic managers' from the world of football on FIFA 23 Career Mode, according to leaks.
For years, fans have yearned to play with real-life managers like Jurgen Klopp, Pep Guardiola and Carlo Ancelotti on the popular game mode but ultimately, they've had to put up with... themselves.
FIFA 22 welcomed its highly-anticipated 'create-a-club' feature that allows users to build a team from the ground up – all while being able to create your own kit, badge and stadium.

Mbappé was in the EA Studios last week, he did the cover photos, an interview and did some photo shoots with his FIFA23 card. It’s the only rating I know, I don’t know any else and won’t till September. I have no reason to lie about this. #FIFA23 https://t.co/wEaoGfJofJ

➡ players don't need to be lined up next to each other (e.g. Benzema and Courtois)
➡ 3 star system as already known
➡ 0 stars doesn't affect ingame stats of single cards (just no boost?!)
➡ Icons and Heroes have full chemistry in right position
