Wojciech Szczesny left the field in tears after he felt a 'pain in his chest' in hugely emotional scenes during Juventus vs. Sporting CP.
Szczesny called for a substitution just before the break after reportedly complaining about a pain in his chest in a worrying moment.
His teammates immediately consoled him as he departed the pitch, with the entire stadium giving him a standing ovation in a touching gesture.

Massimiliano Allegri also consoled the former Arsenal stopper before Leonardo Bonucci walked him back to the dressing room.
The Polish goalkeeper made some crucial saves to keep Juventus level with Sporting before being replaced by Mattia Perin.
In a classy tweet by the Portuguese club, they wrote: "Força, Szczęsny."
According to Italian journalist Romeo Agresti, Szczesny experienced palpitations after medical checks, but everything is thought to be okay.

Juve confirmed the reports, tweeting: "After an initial check, Tek is doing well."
The 32-year-old will undergo further examinations on Friday, with Sky Italia reporting that the player looked 'much calmer' after undergoing examinations following his substitution.
Juventus will take a one-goal advantage into next week's second-leg following Federico Gatti's winner on Thursday.
