Inter Milan manager Antonio Conte has revealed that he tells his players that he wants them to give 'minimum effort' when having sex during the season.
With the theme of abstinence in Boxing and UFC, Antonio Conte believes in a similar thing for his own players.

He believes players should have sex, though unlike athletes such as Carl Froch, who would go on three-month spells of abstinence.
Conte believes that his players should only give 'minimal effort' when having sex throughout the season.
When asked about this, the former Chelsea Manager said: "During the season, I advise my players to have sex for short periods and with the minimum of effort."

The former Juventus manager is known for his rigid 3-5-2 formation throughout his managerial Career, and it seems like he's very strict on positioning in the bedroom too:
"[My players] better use positions where they are under their partners...And preferably, with their wives, because if with others, well, that needs extra action."
This idea of preparation is also used by Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola.

According to former Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri, the Spaniard disallowed sex every evening before matches.
His methods of training do reap benefits though with one Premier League title and three Serie A titles to his name.
Conte's Inter are currently second in the Italian Serie A, with only a point between them and Juventus.
