PSG Lining Up Massive €170 Million Move For In-Demand Star

They spent big over the summer but don't fancy stopping anytime soon, it seems.

PSG have been linked with a whopping €170 million euros move for Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

The big-spending Ligue One leaders have taken an interest in the Serbian, as have the likes of Liverpool, Juventus, Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea and Monaco, according to widespread reports.

The 22-year old has emerged as one of the top talents in Serie A and is clearly a man in demand, following on from a series of impressive displays for fifth-placed Lazio.

His goalkeeping brother, Vanja, who plays for Torino, isn't shabby at all and took a free-kick last month:

Milinkovic-Savic has seven goals and three assists in 21 outings this term, and as per Italian newspaper Corriere Dello Sport, PSG are preparing a mammoth bid for his services. The mooted move would only be behind Neymar's world-record move to the Parc des Princes in the summer and Kylian Mbappe's mega-switch to the French capital when it comes to the most expensive transfers in world football.

Back in October, it was reported that Lazio wouldn't settle for anything less than €100 million euros for their prodigy, who signed a contract extension with the Aquille over the summer.

Corriere Dello Sport note that super agent Jorge Mendes, who has some of the most high-profile clients in the game and has links to the Parisians, is heavily involved in the deal.

The reports are just the latest in a speculation-heavy few months for Milinkovic-Savic, but he isn't getting ahead of himself.

After scoring twice in a 3-3 draw with Atalanta at the weekend, where representatives from several European giants were present, he said he is happy in the Italian capital.

"These are two important goals, but I play for Lazio and I don't care who came to watch me," he told Mediaset Premium.

"I play for Lazio and I am happy here."
