Premier League Club Make Enquiry For Bayern Munich's Renato Sanches

Manchester United and AC Milan have been heavily linked with a move for Renato Sanches, and it appears another club has entered the race to sign the talented Bayern Munich midfielder.

The Portuguese starlet has been attracting plenty of interest from around Europe after Bayern CEO Karl Heinz-Rummenigge confirmed the club would listen to offers.

He slapped a £43 million price tag on his head, while also prepared to send him out on loan.

Sanches has alerted United and AC Milan who continue to eye up his services. But Chelsea are now firmly in the mix after enquiring about the player.

Chelsea are in Asia, as well as Bayern Munich, as they gear themselves for the upcoming campaign by touring the continent.

After comfortably beating Arsenal, Antonio Conte's charges played the German champions and endured a 3-2 defeat.

Following the game, Conte reportedly spoke with fellow Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti about the availability of Sanches, per Evening Standard.

Conte is hoping to strengthen his side ahead of defending the Premier League title, while mounting a challenge in the Champions League.

He's made notably signings of AS Roma's Antonio Rudiger and AS Monaco's Tiemoue Bakayoko with players on his books being linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge.

Nemanja Matic remains subject to intense transfer speculation with United believed to be circling the Serbian midfielder.

Conte is seeking to sure up his midfield options with the signing of Sanches. The 19-year-old snubbed United in favour of a move to Germany last summer, though experienced a difficult season.

He made several appearances from the bench and failed to nail down a starting spot under Ancelotti, with the player keen on a move away in order to gain first team football.
