He insists Sancho will NOT be joining United before the transfer deadline next Monday.
"Of course we communicated with Manchester United in the past," Zorc said on Friday.
"But everything there is to tell on this matter from our end has already been said.
"And that won't change over the next three days."
The Red Devils have refused to meet Dortmund's transfer valuation for Sancho.

Amad Traore is also attracting interest from United who could move in for the Atalanta winger if they fail to sign Sancho or Dembele.
Donny van de Beek remains United's only major signing this summer.
They snapped up the Dutchman for £35 million from Ajax.
On further signings ahead of deadline day, Solskjaer said: "Well, I'm not gonna go into the transfer window now, of course all my focus is on Sunday's game.

"The club's always working hard to have as strong as possible a squad and if something happens in or out you'll get to know."
