Jose Mourinho Tells Manchester United Flop He's Not Wanted At Old Trafford

United fans will probably agree.

Jose Mourinho has a lot of transfer business to attend to at Old Trafford this summer. With many players not making the grade over the last three seasons there's going to be plenty of incomings and outgoings in Manchester and the 'Special One' has already told one player he's not wanted.

Mourinho has to build up the failing side of the last three seasons and as his past suggests the best way he has of doing that is to hit the transfer market. One thing he will like is that like Louis van Gaal he prefers working with a small squad but that doesn't mean players won't be leaving.

Some of those changes are likely to be in defence where, despite having a pretty solid record last season, United have been lacking and according to reports LvG signing Marcos Rojo has been told he is no longer wanted at Old Trafford.

Rojo was one of LvG's first signings costing the Red Devils around £16 million plus Nani going in the opposite direction on loan and started quite well as a left-back but his form well away and last season was more of a liability for United with Cameron Borthwick-Jackson performing much better when the Argentinian was out injured.

Apparently sides in Italy, Spain and China are interested in the defender with United ready to take a loss on the player. Rojo isn't the only defender whose future is up in the air with questions over Matteo Darmian and Daley Blind too.
