Following his heroics in the Champions League, there's no doubt Barcelona are ruing their decision to let Dani Alves leave the club on a free.

He helped guide Juventus to the final of the coveted European prize after churning out a brilliant performance against AS Monaco.

Alves produced the goods in the first leg to give his new side a commanding lead, which included two crucial away goals, ahead of the return fixture.

And just the other day, the Brazilian rolled back the years by creating Mario Mandzukic's opener before scoring an absolute thunderbastard of a volley to secure a spot opposite Real Madrid in Cardiff, Wales.

Despite being let go by Barcelona last summer, Alves clearly still has the ability while proving he can be a match-winner at the age of 34.

And his outings aren't going unnoticed. According to reports from Spain, Chelsea are plotting a bid for the full-back once the transfer window reopens per SPORT.

The Spanish outlet claim Antonio Conte wants to add a wealth of Champions League experience to his squad and feels Alves fits the bill.

Chelsea are set to return to the Champions League as Premier League champions.

Alves has won an incredible three Champions League medals not to mention the UEFA Cup and Super Cup with Sevilla.

Current right-back Victor Moses has enjoyed a impressive season on the flank though there is some doubts whether he can perform among Europe's elite.

Could Alves grace the Premier League?

We bloody hope so.
