Antonio Conte might be a little busy to handle Chelsea's transfer deals today, what with him managing Italy in the last 16 of the Euros against Spain, but that hasn't stopped the club making a fresh bid for Radja Nainggolan.
The Belgian midfielder has been impressive in the tournament as the much fancied side have grown into the tournament culminating in their 4-0 win over Hungary last night the put them in the quarter finals.
Chelsea have reportedly been after the Roma midfielder for a while, certainly since Conte was revealed as their next manager, and according to reports in Italy the club have made a new 40 million euro bid for the 28 year old but his club have rejected the offer.

Conte has managed against Nainggolan as manager of Juventus in Serie A before taking the national team job and obviously believes he could give them something they're currently lacking. Cesc Fabregas didn't work as a second defensive midfielder alongside Nemanja Matic last season.
