Al Ittihad have 'submitted' a bid in the region of €35 million for a Premier League star, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The transfer window in Saudi Arabia is STILL open after the summer transfer window in the UK slammed shut on Friday at 11pm.
And, according to Romano, Al Ittihad are set to test Arsenal's resolve, having lodged a bid in the region of €35 million (£29 million) for Leandro Trossard.
The Italian transfer guru claims the club are still looking for a new winger following their failed pursuit of Liverpool star Mohamed Salah, who dropped the biggest bombshell yet on his future.

Liverpool rejected a £150 million bid for Salah from Al Ittihad last year.
It appears they have turned their attention to Trossard ahead of the transfer deadline in Saudi Arabia.
Trossard, 29, joined Arsenal from Brighton in a transfer worth £27 million in January 2023.
He's made 70 appearances across all competitions since switching sides in the Premier League, scoring 19 goals.

The Belgium forward, however, has often come off the bench for his Arsenal outings, but he started against his old side in last weekend's 1-1 draw at the Emirates.
That's after coming on as a substitute in Arsenal's opening two league games this season, where he scored against Aston Villa in their 2-0 win.
Al Ittihad, meanwhile, have already lured one player from the Premier League this summer, having snapped up Moussa Diaby from Villa.

Diaby left England for the Middle East in a transfer worth £52 million.
The Jeddah-based outfit also boasts players like Karim Benzema, N'Golo Kante and Fabinho, among others.
Danilo Pereira could be joining Al Ittihad, too, with Romano stating that the club are advancing to negotiations to sign the midfielder from Paris Saint-Germain.
