Ex-Manchester United star Jesse Lingard has reportedly been contacted over a swift return to European football after becoming a free agent.
Back in February 2024, Lingard left European football by signing for South Korean K League outfit FC Seoul.
The Englishman went on to make 67 appearances for the club, scoring 19 goals.
In December 2025, it was confirmed that Lingard would leave FC Seoul after the two parties agreed to terminate his contract.

Confirming his exit, Lingard wrote: "Farewell @fcseoul, it’s been an honour to represent this club. You will always have a place on my heart."
His last match was against Melbourne City in the AFC Champions League Elite on December 10.
Lingard was on the scoresheet as the match ended in a 1-1 draw.

Now, as a free agent, Lingard has reportedly been linked with a host of different clubs.
According to a report by the Daily Mail, Lingard is looking to make a decision on his future by the end of the week.
It has been claimed that Dutch giants Feyenoord are among the clubs that have contacted Lingard over a potential transfer.
A move to Rotterdam would see Lingard reunite with former United teammate Robin van Persie, who is currently in charge of Feyenoord.
However, the ex-striker is under increasing pressure after falling further behind PSV Eindhoven in the Eredivisie title race.
In addition, Feyenoord suffered a major injury blow in recent weeks, with Van Persie's son, Shaqueel, stretchered off with a serious-looking knee injury.
Lingard, who has reportedly been keeping himself active with a training programme, would be one of the free agent attackers available for Van Persie.

Aside from Feyenoord, it is believed that the likes of West Ham United, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Genoa have also made contact with Lingard.
Prior to moving to South Korea, Lingard also had spells at West Ham, Nottingham Forest, Leicester City, Birmingham City, Brighton and Hove Albion and Derby County.
So far in his career, the 33-year-old has managed 77 goals in 385 club appearances.
