Jadon Sancho could make a surprise career move next after becoming a free agent following his Manchester United exit.
When he arrived from Borussia Dortmund in a £73million move back in July 2021, coming in as the second most expensive English player of all time, expectations on Sancho at Man United were high.
Unfortunately for both Sancho and United, the move didn't work out for either party, with the forward making just 83 appearances in all competitions for United across his five years with the club, scoring 12 goals with six assists.
During this five-year spell, Sancho also spent two and a half seasons on loan with several other clubs, including spells with former club Dortmund as well as Premier League sides Chelsea and Aston Villa.

Following the end of his time at Villa, Sancho's contract with United officially expired, handing the Birmingham club the chance to make his spell with Villa permanent as he entered free agency, but they opted against doing so, leaving Sancho's future uncertain.
But it appears he may have at least one option to sign for a new club as Dubai side Arabian Falcons are preparing a pitch to bring Sancho to the United Arab Emirates.
The Falcons are currently managed by former Premier League and England cult hero Jonjo Shelvey, with have Leicester City Premier League winner Danny Simpson serving as the club's player-coach.
As reported by Mirror Football, the Emirati club are currently working on an ambitious pitch to convince Sancho to make the surprise move having already convinced fellow former United prodigy Ravel Morrison, the current club captain, to join last summer.
They hope that the prospect of living in Dubai, a city where he has spent time in before while recovering from injuries, the club's impressive facilities and the added bonus of tax-free earnings could convince him to take what many would see as a major step down in his career.
Should Sancho decide to make the move to join the Arabian Falcons, he would undoubtedly arrive as the biggest name in the team, and likely the highest-paid, boasting 23 international caps for England.

But it appears that the Emirati club may have to face some competition from various other clubs if they hope to sign Sancho in the near future.
In recent weeks, the likes of Fiorentina and Roma have been linked with Sancho, although it is not currently believed that either club will make an official offer to Sancho due to his financial demands.
However, some reports have suggested that the 26-year-old close to signing a move equally as shocking as the links with the Arabian Falcons that would see him move to South America.
According to Marca reporter Alfonso Partidor, Sancho is currently in the process of signing a a two-year deal Brazilian club Palmeiras, with the deal also including the option for an additional year.
It is not known exactly what Sancho will be paid as part of his potential deal with the Sao Paulo side, but if he does make the move it will see him reunited with former United team-mate Andreas Pereira, who joined last summer following a three-year spell with Fulham.
Former West Ham United player Felipe Anderson also plays for Palmeiras having joined as a free agent back in the summer of 2024 as well as former Wolves star Jhon Arias.
