Sadio Mane sends Harry Kane warning over joining Bayern Munich as Tottenham 'accept bid'

Harry Kane’s decision-making could be swayed by Sadio Mane after Bayern Munich agreed a fee with Tottenham Hotspur.

After weeks of intense negotiations, it was reported on Thursday that Bayern have reached an agreement with Spurs for the transfer of Kane.

According to The Athletic, Bayern submitted a package worth more than €100 million, which was accepted by the Premier League side.

Kane will now have to decide whether or not he wants to move to Bayern, his decision process could be swayed by Mane, who recently left Bayern after just one year at the club.

Last summer, Mane left Liverpool after a six-year stay. Having won every major trophy available to him with the Anfield club, Mane left Liverpool as one of the best players in the world after coming second in the 2022 Ballon d’Or standings.

However, on the back of his £35 million move, Mane failed to live up to the expectations during his short stint as a Bayern player.

During the 22/23 season, Mane made 38 appearances across all competitions for Bayern, scoring 12 and assisting six.

The Senegal international also suffered a knee injury that ruled him out of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

After getting into a heated altercation with teammate Leroy Sane, the writing was on the wall that Mane could be moved on in the summer.

Earlier in the month, it was confirmed that Mane has left Bayern to join Saudi Professional League side Al Nassr.
