Federico Chiesa’s social media activities have got fans talking amid the uncertainty surrounding his future.
Throughout the summer, Italian forward Chiesa has been heavily linked with a move away from Serie A giants Juventus.
It has been previously reported that the Turin club wanted to get rid of the 26-year-old and is prepared to accept a cut-price deal.

On Monday night, it was reported that Liverpool were interested in signing Chiesa.
Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano wrote on social media: “EXCLUSIVE: Liverpool make initial approach for Federico Chiesa as possible option for final days. Chiesa, available on the market as Juve want to find a solution and #LFC made contact today.
“Liverpool exploring conditions of the deal as Chiesa would be keen on PL move. Understand Chiesa has given his full availability to join Liverpool after initial talks. He’s excited about this possibility and contract won’t be an issue. Juventus want Chiesa to leave and asking price is around €15m. Deal ON.”
On Tuesday night, Romano added: “Liverpool and Juventus are in direct contact for Federico Chiesa deal. Negotiations are ongoing and deal is on, as exclusively revealed yesterday.
“Talks taking place with both player side on salary and club side on fee around €15m. Deal absolutely ON since yesterday.”
Liverpool fans have now spotted Chiesa’s recent social media activity.
One fan said: “Federico Chiesa has been liking Trent, Diaz & Van Dijk's recent Instagram pictures after the game against Brentford.”
Another tweeted: “Not sure about their relation, but Chiesa has liked Luchos post from 2 days ago. Chiesa does not follow Diaz on insta. Van Dijk and Stevie G follows him as well, and he follows them. Not sure when that happened though. Could mean nothing. But lets see.”
A third fan added: “Just sign the contract Fede.”
On Tuesday night, Liverpool officially announced the signing of Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili, who will join the club next season.
