Erling Haaland is being lined up for a sensational transfer as his stance on a move away from Manchester City has emerged.
Haaland has enjoyed an ultra-prolific spell at Man City since his £51.2 million switch from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2022.
He penned a five-year contract upon joining the club before signing a bumper new deal in January.
The 25-year-old is contracted at the Etihad until 2034, with his previous deal to expire in 2027.

Despite his long-term commitment to Man City, Haaland is being eyed by Real Madrid, who have placed him at the top of their transfer wish-list should they part ways with Vinicius Jr., who himself has been linked with a move away from Spain as noise intensified following his El Clasico outburst.
Vinicius Jr. is out of contract in 2027 and a new deal has yet to be agreed.

According to Spanish outlet SPORT, Vinicius Jr. remains firm on his demands and his intention is to end his association with the club if an agreement cannot be reached.

If Real offload the Brazilian winger, then the first name on their list to replace him is Haaland, the report states.
The Spanish giants could pocket a whopping £200 million if they sanction the sale of Vinicius Jr., with those figures bandied about amid reports linking him with a stunning transfer to Saudi Arabia.
That would give Real the funds to pursue the Norwegian goal-machine, who would command an enormous fee.
However, Haaland isn't thinking about a move away from Man City and is looking forward to spending 'many more years' at Man City.

On reports linking him with a move to Real, Haaland replied: "What do you want to say?
"My feelings and the discussions I had convinced me that this was the right choice. Ultimately, when I spoke with people, we came to this conclusion, and I felt very good about it.
"I look forward to spending many more years in Manchester. It’s going to be incredible."

Real have been keeping tabs on Haaland for several years, having been linked with him before his move to Man City.
The higher-ups are looking to pair Haaland with Kylian Mbappe in what would be the deadliest strike duo in the world.
