Three clubs have joined the race to sign highly-rated Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise.

22-year-old Olise has been impressing at Palace over the last few seasons and has attracted interests from some of the biggest clubs around Europe.

Last month, it was reported that Manchester United had registered an interest in signing the Frenchman.

Now, it has been claimed that three more clubs have joined the race.

As per The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Premier League duo Chelsea and Newcastle United along with German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich have contacted Palace over Olise.

He wrote on social media: “Chelsea contact Crystal Palace about signing Michael Olise. #CFC expressed interest in 22yo winger + requested permission to talk with reps (#CPFC deal includes ~£60m release clause). Other clubs retain strong interest @TheAthleticFC after @MirrorDarren.

Recently, transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano gave a brief update on Olise's future on CaughtOffside, he said: “He’s [Olise] one of the names for United but it’s really important for United to make some room in terms of financials with Jadon Sancho and Mason Greenwood.

“They have to sell both players and they want to sell both players. I think how much they get from these two deals will be really important to see how much Manchester United will be able to invest on a winger and also other positions.”
