Cole Palmer is 'open' to a stunning Premier League transfer that would send shockwaves through England.
Palmer has emerged as one of the best players in the Premier League following his heroics for Chelsea after his move from Manchester City.
He joined Chelsea from Man City for £42.5 million in the summer of 2023.

Palmer scored an impressive 25 goals across all competitions in his first season at Stamford Bridge, including 22 league goals.
His performances are not going unnoticed as one of Chelsea's main rivals are 'sniffing around Palmer'.
Jamie Carragher bemoaned the 22-year-old star's lack of minutes in the Champions League and backed a big team to try and sign him in the near future.
"Palmer has played only 183 minutes of Champions League football in his career. That is worryingly low for a player of his calibre on the eve of his 23rd birthday," he wrote for The Telegraph.
Carragher added: "He knows that he is too good to be watching rather than playing in the Champions League. Chelsea must start satisfying his ambitions to take on Europe’s best, otherwise he will start asking himself how and when they will.

"Then it will only be a matter of time before rival clubs try to sign him."
Manchester United want to sign Palmer, too.
That's according to Miguel Delaney, who claims Man United are one of many clubs that would want to sign Palmer, but he claims there is 'no possibility' a deal would happen this summer.
"So many clubs would want Cole Palmer and Manchester United are one who would, if there was any sort of possibility, they’d seriously go for him," he revealed. "And I think he would be open to it, but really, there’s no possibility to happen this summer."

Palmer is a Man United fan, having grew up in Manchester.
However, he joined Man City's youth academy before breaking into their first-team.
But he left the Etihad outfit to pursue first-team action.
