Arsenal have been linked with several high-profile strikers ahead of the campaign next season, as it is safe to say that their last major signing in this position, Viktor Gyokeres, has not set the world alight this campaign.

Julian Alvarez and Victor Osimhen have been names touted to be making a summer move to the Emirates to help them win silverware next season; whether that is adding to a Premier League and Champions League trophy from this campaign remains to be seen.

Mikel Arteta will be aiming to strengthen his side, whether that is to hold onto their titles or to once again chase a trophy after serious heartbreak after falling short once again this season.

Now, a fresh name has been touted for a summer move to Arsenal, as reported by talkSport, with the club interested in signing Eli Junior Kroupi from Bournemouth.

Kroupi has already made quite the impact for the Cherries against Arsenal as he scored in both fixtures against Arteta’s side this campaign.

The 19-year-old has not just impressed against the Gunners this season but across the whole Premier League campaign, scoring 11 goals at the time of writing, becoming only the fourth teenager to score double-figure goals in their first season in the competition.

According to this report, the performances of the France Under-21 international have left Arteta in awe.

It has been reported that Arteta is said to have been 'wowed' by the impact of the teenager this season and his standout performances against Arsenal.

Now, the Gunners are not the only Premier League side interested in the attacker, as it has been stated that both Manchester City and Manchester United are hoping to get a deal done this summer.

The fee for the Bournemouth star could be in excess of £60m after the Cherries signed the player from Lorient for just £10m, and this high price may be due to the fact that his contract is not set to expire until 2030, with there believed to be no release clause.
