Alexander Isak has made his feelings clear on Liverpool amid reports of a stunning swap deal being lined up for the Newcastle United star.

Naturally, his performances in the Premier League have alerted clubs around the country, including Liverpool and Arsenal.

Liverpool are reportedly in the market for a forward, with Isak thought to be high on the club's transfer wish-list.

Just like Arsenal, who are believed to be keeping tabs on the Swede ahead of a potential pursuit in the summer.

According to reports, however, Liverpool have already laid out a plan to secure Isak's luxurious services as a report claims they are exploring the idea of using Darwin Nunez as part of a swap deal.

Newcastle are expected to set an asking price of around £150 million should they be forced into negotiations, with Liverpool hoping to reduce the fee by offering Nunez, who joined the Anfield outfit in a transfer worth £85 million.

Isak, who joined Newcastle from Real Sociedad in the summer of 2022, has already made his feelings known on Liverpool's legendary home ahead of a potential switch.

Speaking to Amazon Prime, Isak hailed St James' Park before throwing Anfield into the mix in glowing praise.

"There are not many places like St James’ Park," he said. "The atmosphere is very special and I think you can judge a stadium, not just on the atmosphere but how difficult it is to come as an away team.

"It’s a special place.

"I think people have a hard time coming to the stadium."

The 25-year-old added: "I’d say Anfield is probably up there as well. The atmosphere is really good - it’s probably the toughest away game."

Isak and Co. face Liverpool tonight in a huge league showdown on Merseyside.
