Kieran Tierney had an absolutely priceless reaction after discovering what Martin Odegaard earns at Arsenal.

Odegaard joined Arsenal on an initial loan deal in January 2021, but the move was made permanent after starring at the Emirates.

The Norwegian's brilliant performances on the pitch mirror his wage package, with the star midfielder believed to be pocketing a cool £4 million a season.

Odegaard's hefty pay packet stunned Tierney, who made a hilarious comment directed at the Arsenal captain.

Speaking to his teammate in the first episode of All or Nothing: Arsenal, he said: "Happy to be back bro? I heard what wages you were on so I thought f**king hell."

It's not the only clip from the documentary that's got fans talking, with Mikel Arteta trying to replicate the Anfield atmosphere in training going viral online.

Odegaard scored seven goals and recorded four assists in the Premier League last season.

He's been named the first-team captain ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.

On being selected as Arsenal skipper, the 23-year-old said: "I'm very proud to be named captain of this amazing football club. Thank you very much for the support today at the stadium.

"We are looking forward to starting the league now, so let's go. Of course, I was happy, proud and grateful for the trust and for him wanting me to be the captain.

"That's a big achievement for me and it's nice to be part of such a good team, so I'm going to enjoy that.

"Of course, it's important that we all take leadership.

"It's not just about me or a few people but I think everyone needs to take the leadership and do what’s best for the team, so everyone has to do that."

The Gunners kick off their Premier League venture on Friday night at Crystal Palace.
