Sky Sports pundits have been seen partying into the early hours as they celebrate the return of the Premier League this weekend.

Former Manchester City defender Micah Richards shared snaps on his official Instagram account of their celebration dinner and was later joined in a bar by fellow pundits Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher. Richards was heard commenting on both Carragher and Neville and his infamous laugh can be heard throughout the clips.

Carragher and Neville was filmed busting out some neat dance moves as they enjoyed their night out ahead of the season kicking off. You can watch the footage here.

Sky Sports are gearing up for what is going to be a fascinating season as the top teams battle for the rights to become the champions of England. Manchester City and Liverpool remain the favourites to go head to head in the title race. But the likes of Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United have all added much needed quality to their squad as they look to close the gap between themselves and the top two.

Ahead of the season, Neville was asked who he thinks can win the Premier League.

Neville told Sky Sports: “Liverpool and Man City. City will definitely finish in the top two.

“Liverpool, I always have this little hope rather than thought that they might just dip slightly, and then maybe Tottenham are the only team I can see that can get close to them. I don't feel Chelsea, United, Arsenal are in a position to get close to the top two.

“The Champions League will cause a problem for Tottenham but they've got some world-class strikers.”

Former Liverpool defender Carragher outlined their midfield department as the main concern.

He said: “They're all at a similar age. They've got Jordan Henderson and Thiago who have had injuries in the last three or four years and I don't think it's a numbers problem for Liverpool in terms of midfield but it's the quality.

“I always feel there's so much pressure on the front three to score but they can't score every game. You need someone to come out of nowhere from midfield.

“If Liverpool are to fall down this season I think it will be something in midfield.”

Meanwhile, Richards simply said the title is “Man City’s to lose” as Pep Guardiola is aiming to win a fifth title in six years whilst looking to finally get his hands on the elusive Champions League trophy.

The 22/23 season is shaping up to be an absolute cracker, and it all begins on Friday night when Arsenal take on Crystal Palace.
