ANOTHER high-profile star 'wants to leave' Saudi Arabia following the shock departure of Jordan Henderson.

Former Liverpool captain Henderson left the Premier League for the Saudi Pro League last summer.

He joined Al Ettifaq, but has already left the club, having signed for Ajax on a two-and-a-half year deal.

Karim Benzema, who swapped Real Madrid for Al Ittihad, is also thought to be considering an exit, with the legendary forward making a 'decision' on his future amid reports linking him with the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea.

And it appears another big player who joined the Saudi Arabia revolution last summer also wants to return to Europe.

According to Calciomercato, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic admitted he misses Lazio and would like to return to the Italian side.

Milinkovic-Savic, who penned a deal at Al Hilal, was asked if he misses Lazio to which he replied: "Of course I miss them, I was there for eight years. Yes, I saw some of my teammates."

His old team played in Saudi Arabia as Lazio lost 3-0 to Inter Milan in the semi-final of the Italian Super Cup.

"Everything is fine. I was very saddened because I wanted to come on Monday to watch the final," the Serbian midfielder added.

The 28-year-old also reportedly expressed his desire to return to Lazio.

Per La Lazio Siamo Noi, he shook hands with manager Maurizio Sarri and president Claudio Lotito at Riyadh airport and is believed to have said: "I miss you so much. I would like to return to Lazio."

The star midfielder spent eight seasons at Lazio, making 341 appearances during his time at the club.

He signed for Al Hilal in a transfer worth £34 million and has gone onto play 27 games in all competitions this season, scoring an impressive 11 goals.
