Cristiano Ronaldo Jr scored a stunning free-kick in training, with fans joking he's better than his legendary dad.

One supporter wrote: "At least he can hit the target. His dad just skies it now."

Another added: "The better one out of the two."

It's not the first time Ronaldo Jr has starred in Man United training.

He recently showed off his silky footwork in a dazzling training session.

Ronaldo Jr is well on his way to following in his dad's footsteps.

He's been a revelation since signing for the club, just like his dad who has enjoyed a prolific campaign amid a difficult season.

Man United languish in sixth place in the Premier League and will go another term without silverware.

The 37-year-old, though, has been brilliant on a personal note having bagged 24 goals in all competitions - including 18 league goals.

His future has been the subject of intense transfer speculation ahead of the arrival of Erik ten Hag, who will replace Ralf Rangnick at the end of the season.

But it's understood that Ten Hag has already been working on a plan as to how he can build his new side's attack around Ronaldo and believes he can play a major role in the club's successes in the future.
