'That is an abomination!' - everyone is absolutely disgusted by Romeo Beckham's controversial roast dinner

"Roast dinner leftovers," one Twitter user said. Romeo Beckham's roast dinner was called an "abomination" by another fan. Ouch!

New Brentford B signing Romeo Beckham left fans speechless with a photo of his disappointing roast dinner, which was dubbed an “abomination.”

Romeo, who is following in the footsteps of his legendary father, kicked off his senior playing career by playing for Inter Miami’s reserve team.

The 20-year-old aspiring footballer was recently snapped alongside Manchester United legend David Beckham after signing on loan for Brentford B last week.

Romeo will no doubt keep building on his social media following thanks to his fledgeling career, with the Inter Miami II star amassing 3.6m followers on Instagram.

However, the Brentford B player was met with a mixed reception after he shared a snap of his roast dinner on his Instagram Stories.

Captioning the photo with “Yes plssss [sic],” Romeo’s roast dinner included the staple features like a slice of meat, plenty of gravy and a massive Yorkshire pudding.

The roast also included two potatoes, which is sufficient enough for some, but it lacked any real vegetable options to accompany the dish.

“Roast dinner leftovers,” one fan called it.

“Bloody hell,” another Twitter user commented.

“That is an abomination,” a third wrote.

And a fourth tweeted: “That’s just a reckless amount of butter for that much meat.”

While another fan posted: “Everything is floating in grease! Butter and waaayyy [sic] too much salt in everything. Definitely NOT healthy.”

Romeo, who spent time with Arsenal’s youth academy in the early part of his career, has been training with Brentford B after the end of the MLS Next Pro season.

Speaking after Romeo’s signing for Brentford B, head coach Neil MacFarlane said: “We’ve been absolutely delighted with Romeo since he arrived with us.

“He came to us from Inter Miami with the aim of working with us during their close season.

“Romeo has applied himself unbelievably well, he’s really bought into the culture and the group which he has become a big part of.

“I love his standards and the way he conducts himself on and off the pitch.

“He is very technical, and he is somebody who can shift the ball quickly and cross.

“He is also a really good finisher and he has the ability to play a number of positions for us, which is also pleasing.

“I think it’s testament to us as a club, and as a B team, that Inter Miami have asked us to work with him and trust in us to continue working with him to help him with his development.”
