Real Madrid have been busy splashing the cash again as the summer transfer window begins to take shape.

So far this summer, Madrid have managed to secure the signature of Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund.

The England international moved to Madrid in a deal worth a reported fee of €103 million.

Apart from Bellingham, they have also completed the signing of Turkish wonderkid, Arda Guler, who joined from Fenerbahce in a deal worth €20 million.

The 14-time European champions have also snapped up talented defender Fran Garcia from Rayo Vallecano for €5 million.

Madrid have also been linked with a long list of players from some of the biggest clubs in European football, including the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Alphonso Davies and Achraf Hakimi.

We have decided to predict what the starting XI could look like for Madrid in five years’ time.

Goalkeeper - Thibault Courtois

Although he will be 36 years old, the Belgian should still be able to keep his place as he is regarded as one of the best goalkeepers in world football.

Right Back - Achraf Hakimi

The Moroccan has been linked with a move to the Bernabeu. Last month, it was reported that he would be keen to return to the club he made nine appearances for between 2017 and 2020.

Centre Back - Eder Militao, Goncalo Inacio

Militao will establish himself as the leader of the Madrid back line and could be partnered with Portuguese international Inacio, who has been linked with a move away from Sporting Lisbon this summer.

Left Back - Alphonso Davies

Bayern Munich left-back Davies has been linked with Madrid after it was reported that he is waiting for an offer from Los Blancos as he stalls contract talks with the Bavarian club.

Midfield - Jude Bellingham, Aurelien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga

This midfield trio will likely be at the heart of Madrid’s team for years to come. All three players are already highly regarded and will only get better as they get towards their prime years.

Right Wing - Rodrygo

Rodrygo is set for another big season after taking over the number 11 jersey ahead of the 23/24 season. There is no reason why he can’t nail down that spot for the future.

Striker - Kylian Mbappe

The Mbappe transfer saga will also be the main talking point during transfer windows. It has been widely reported that the Frenchman wants to move to Madrid either this summer or next year when his PSG contract expires.

Left Wing - Vinicius Jr

Already one of the best wingers in world football, not many players will be able to displace Vinicius. The Brazilian will go down as one of Madrid’s best-ever players.

Whilst the starting XI looks immensely strong, the substitutes bench will also be filled with incredible talents. Young Brazilian forward Endrick is very highly rated, whilst the likes of Guler and Garcia will be putting in strong cases to make the starting XI.
