We are eight games into the Premier League season and data analysts have already concluded that Liverpool will win their first league title in 30 years.

Jurgen Klopp's side have enjoyed an unbeaten start to the 2019/20 campaign, winning all eight of their opening games, and the guys over at infogoal.net are predicting a historic win for The Reds.

The "forecast" end of season positions for every Premier League team have been calculated based on past results and points accrued combined with simulations of all remaining matches.

Liverpool are crowned champions of England, while Pep Guardiola's Manchester City come in second ahead of Chelsea and Arsenal, who make up the top four.

So where are struggling Manchester United? Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side currently sit in 12th position with nine points but according to data, they will improve in the coming months and finish a respectable fifth.

In terms of relegation, data suggests Norwich, Watford and Aston Villa will wave goodbye to the Premier League.
