Manchester United looked comfortable in the first half.

In the 17th minute, Solskjaer's men had their first real chance of the game when Marcus Rashford darted in from the left, but Anthony Martial couldn't get a touch on the low cross.

Ten minutes later, that man Martial managed to make up for his mistake by slotting home past a helpless Rui Patricio.

Wolves came out of the blocks a completely different animal in the second half and Raúl Jiménez almost made it 1-1 with a glancing header.

Then minutes later, his teammate Ruben Neves equalised with an outrageous effort from range.

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba then had the chance to make it 2-1 in the 70th minute, when he was brought down in the box.

But he missed his fourth penalty out of eleven when Rui Patricio produced a great save to deny the Frenchman.
